Notice

These are Adults-only rides.  Riders must be at least age 18 to ride with the group.

Cycling can be an inherently dangerous activity.  If you have been riding long enough, you know there are crashes.  Riders can and do get hurt. We ride in very urban areas with traffic that is not always mindful of cyclists.  Each rider is personally responsible for their own safety.

B3 Recovery Monday

Starting on Monday, May 2, B3 (located at Cadieux and Mack) is leading a recovery ride.  The ride will be high cadence, with max 18 mph speed.  6:30 p.m. at the shop.
